Privacy Policy

InvestCalc is built so that the numbers you type into a calculator never leave your device. All calculations — purchase price, loan terms, rent, expenses and every result — run locally in your browser. They are not sent to our servers or any third party, and we do not store them. You can confirm this by opening your browser’s network tab while editing the inputs: you will see no request carrying your figures.

Information we do not collect

We do not require an account, and we do not collect the values you enter into any calculator. Because the math happens in your browser, your deal details, finances and pipeline are never transmitted to us.

Analytics and advertising

InvestCalc does not currently use any third-party analytics or advertising. We may add Google Analytics 4 and Google AdSense in the future to understand traffic and support the site. When and if we do, those services may set cookies and log page views (the page you visited and basic, non-identifying browser information) subject to Google’s and your browser’s policies.

To be explicit: any analytics or advertising would track page views only. The inputs you type into a calculator are never shared with those services, because they are never sent anywhere at all.

Cookies

Today, InvestCalc does not set any cookies of its own. If analytics or advertising are added later, the cookies involved would be those set by Google Analytics or Google AdSense, which you can control through your browser settings or via Google’s ads settings.

Content pages may link to external sites (for example, a lender or a government resource). Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. This policy covers only investcalc.app.

Children’s privacy

InvestCalc is a tool for adults evaluating real estate investments and is not directed at children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled, we will update this page. Any change that introduces new tracking will be reflected here before or at the time it takes effect. If you have questions, see the contact page.
